Thermoset Carbon Paste (140°C, 100 ohm/sqr/25µm, 10-15 µm)
Single-part screen-printable thermoset carbon paste is a cutting-edge material with several uses in the energy and electronics industries. This novel composite made of carbon is designed to have excellent conductivity, thermal stability, and printability. The paste, which met the rising need for high-performance conductive materials, was created using cutting-edge research and manufacturing methods. It represents a significant leap in materials science. A sheet resistance of 1000 /sqr/25m should be attained by curing the paste at a low temperature (140 C). In a convection oven, print structures should be processed for 30 to 60 minutes at 140 degrees.
