Nickel Chromium Sputtering Targets
The compound formula of Nickel-Chromium is CrNi. We produce the finest nickel-chromium sputtering targets with the highest possible density and molecular weight of 110.689. Its appearance is a Silver-gray metallic solid. These targets are insoluble in water. The diameter size of these targets ranges from 1" to 8" and thickness from 2mm to 1/2". We produce these in machined shapes and through other processes that are in the form of solutions, nanoparticles, and organometallics. We made other shapes on request. Some sizes of targets are oval, annular, and rectangular. Nickel chromium sputtering targets have a melting point of 1400 °C. These high purity targets are used in semiconductors, physical vapor deposition display, chemical vapor deposition, and other optical applications. The Monoisotopic Mass of these targets is 109.876 g/mol. We take special care in the delivery of Nickel chromium sputtering targets as these are hazardous.
