Carbon (Graphite) Sputtering Targets

Carbon graphite is a compound made from two types of carbon, amorphous carbon and graphite. This compound has an excellent corrosive resistance ability and stands high temperatures. As a good conductor with high refractory qualities, carbon graphite mostly used by electronic industries as a property for dry-cell batteries, carbon electrodes, and plates. Carbon graphite can also be used as a mixture to steels to increase the hardness of the steels. A carbon graphite sputtering target can be used as a protective coating for these electrical properties to enhance its conductivity.
