Carbon (Graphite) Sputtering Targets
Carbon graphite is a compound made from two types of carbon, amorphous carbon and graphite. This compound has an excellent corrosive resistance ability and stands high temperatures. As a good conductor with high refractory qualities, carbon graphite mostly used by electronic industries as a property for dry-cell batteries, carbon electrodes, and plates. Carbon graphite can also be used as a mixture to steels to increase the hardness of the steels. A carbon graphite sputtering target can be used as a protective coating for these electrical properties to enhance its conductivity. The coated surface significantly increases the density packaging for anodes making batteries more effective and stable. This also helps the batteries having high electrical storage.
