Barium Titanate Sputtering Targets
Barium titanate is an inorganic compound that appears similarly to barium fluoride. It also has a transparent crystal appearance but larger in terms of size compared to barium fluoride. Barium titanate has been used in many applications. A high purity barium titanate is used as an electrical insulator. This means preventing electrical voltage went through the insulator material (e.g. protective wire cables).
