Aluminum Nitride (AlN) Nanoparticles

Aluminum Nitride (AIN) Nanoparticles have a purity of 99.95%. Its average particle size is 60-70 (nm). The color of these elements is gray having 0.05 g/cm3 bulk density and of 320 w/MK thermal conductivity. At such a scale, it develops many properties because of quantum interactions, making it of special interest in number of applications. These nanoparticles are stored in a cold and dry place and sealed in a void. It should not interact with air and evade pressure. These elements are also used for making electronic devices application. These nanoparticles are also utilized in the combined circuit boards making. It also has properties of high thermal conductivity and mostly used in the production of matrix composites of polymer and matrix of metal fabrications which are used in packaging materials for electronic devices. It is also used in the production of heat sinks, crucibles, and also the production of conductive ceramics.
