Boron Sputtering Targets
Boron is a metalloid, intermediate between metals and non-metals. As a tough element, boron is known well for its hardness and resistance to heart hence it has a very high melting point. At low temperatures, boron acts as an insulator while at high temperatures it acts as a great semiconductor.
