Lanthanum Manganate Sputtering Targets
Lanthanum manganate has a perovskite structure which is made up of chemical compounds consisting of oxygen, manganese, and lanthanum. The properties of perovskite oxides include magnetic properties, electronic transport properties, and double exchange mechanism. The properties of perovskite oxide such as their colossal magnetoresistance property make them highly beneficial in the making of actuators, sensors, and devices. The films that are obtained by the lanthanum manganate sputtering targets are used in nanotechnology which has uses in almost every area including biotechnology, electronics, and medical applications. Materials are produced using processes such as ultra-high purity sputtering process of sublimation, crystallization and solid-state.
