What is the Graphene Quantum Dots?

Top-Down includes Chemical Oxidation with strong oxidants, the swift Hydrothermal method using high pressure and temperature, the Ultrasound-Assisted method employing sonic force, and the Electrochemical Oxidation leveraging redox voltage. GQDs, known for their compact size and biocompatibility, are used in medicine for enhanced drug delivery.
