Titanium (Ti) Micron Powder
Purity: 99.5+%, Size: 75-150 µm
DESCRIPTION
Titanium is known for its high strength-to-weight ratio, which makes it a popular material for various applications. Titanium has excellent resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for use in harsh chemical environments. Titanium is biocompatible and can be used in medical implants and devices. Titanium Micron Powder is used as an opaque and whitener in porcelain enamels, which provides a high gloss finish, acid-resistant and with greater hardness.
Properties, Storage and Cautions:
Titanium micron powder are highly reactive and flammable, therefore it should be handled with care and rapid moves, vibrations should be avoided. The powder should be kept away from sunlight, any kind of heating, moisture and impacts. Coagulation of the particles is a serious problem, so, the powder should be sealed under vacuum and should be kept in cool and dry conditions. Air contact should be avoided.
